2010 Non-Holiday Rates

Off  Season Rates (Nov 1st – March 31st):

2 night minimum (rate is for 4 people only)

$245 per night - Sunday to Thursday
$275 per night - Friday and Saturday

In Season Rates (Apr 1st – Nov 1st):

Policies:

Rates above plus Sonoma Occupancy Tax of  9%.

Payment by check or Paypal (Can use credit card for Paypal)

A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking the house. The balance is due within two weeks before arrival.

We have a strict No-Refund Policy — but will try to rebook the property given enough notice, and refund your deposit minus a $75 service fee.

We have a firm no-smoking policy on the property.

Sorry, No Pets allowed.

Two Car max limit on or in front of the property.

This is a private home; in a country area with houses nearby — quiet and respectful behavior is required.
