The Ladder House was upgraded inside and out in  order to provide elegant comfort to those who stay at the cottage.  To start, we wanted to make sure that couples staying at the cottage, would both have privacy and comfort.  So, a two bedroom house with two full bathrooms was a must.  To top that, both bedrooms have been created as master bedrooms and are furnished with King Beds and Serta Perfect Sleeper pillow top mattresses.  For us, when we stay somewhere, it’s location, quality of sleep (mattress quality) and quality of workmanship.  So this was very important.  Each master bedroom has its own special qualities.  While the smaller back bedroom  equipped with Eastern King is outfitted with French doors that lead to the hot tub in the back deck, the front bedroom is a little more roomy , outfitted with Cal King and  and an additional elegant dresser.  The Floor is made of  Brazilian Cherry hardwood throughout and the furnishings  are handpicked to match.  The modern  Kitchen  comes complete with all the amenities you expect to have at home plus some, and the living room  provides comfort and multiple entertainment options with a Mac Mini based entertainment system and 42” flat panel TV.  See

 Outside

The  grounds are rather sprawling and private with 15,000 plus square feet located at the end of a private street.  The front and back yards have been meticulously landscaped with relaxing sitting areas in the front and back.  A 6 person hot tub with lie down chari is built into the back deck which makes for a romantic evening under the stars.
